Many countries in the world consider fostering and developing leadership qualities is considered a content focus, have an important role in the Foundation of the success of the country.

WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP QUALITIES?




Each individual, family, organizational, community, and nation in each moment has the potential to grow. It is characterized by certain factors about physical, intellectual, cultural, physical resources, experience, social relations, and the chances or lucky


Qualities of human leadership is the ability and qualities that help people in an effort to create new values for society, through exploitation and development potential of ourselves and of the Organization to which they led. Leadership qualities also help each individual has positive impact to other individuals through the interactive relations.

If people lack leadership qualities will make individuals not only not promote their full potential of ourselves and of the organization that they led, but also make it wear and tear over time. A man, a family, an organization, or a nation, over time will only proceed up or go down. These objects will go up or go down? If it comes up then go up how far? If it goes down, it goes down? All this depends in part on the decision of leadership qualities in each individual, each family, each organization, and the whole society.

3 qualities of leadership

1. Self-leadership

Self-leadership is about leading yourself exceptionally well. The core element to self-leadership is to maintain your character, beliefs, values, and be a person of integrity. In a world full of unethical and immoral compromises, we need more leaders who are strongly founded. Make sure not to risk the downfall of your influence by compromising any of those core areas. Self-leadership positions a leader for success.

2. Influence

Whether you have a leadership title or not, positive influence is essential. The person who has the positive influence has the true power and will be able to lead those around them. Those who solely rely on a position of authority or a title will find it difficult to gain influence. Followers in today's culture are demanding leaders and managers who display positive influence. Brian Tracy provides wise advice about how we should lead. He said,“Become the kind of leader that people would follow voluntarily; even if you had no title or position.”

3. Relationship skills

Relationship skills are at the ground level of successful leadership. Leadership is a people business. Stanley Allyn said, “The most useful person in the world today is the man or woman who knows how to get along with other people. Human relations is the most important science in living.” Relational leaders take time to get to know and socialize with those on their team. A key element behind this is to spend regular time with and around your team members.

NOURISH AND PRACTICE LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

Maslow's model of human needs shows that the needs of each people developed over the years to the main ranks:

According to this model, with the vast majority, in normal conditions, people will step up demands in higher scale when and only when the lower level needs have been satisfied. Thus satisfy at each level of motivation pushed high up people's needs.

One the other hand, if people are content in a healthy development environment, have great aspirations, encouraging the high esteem and respect the quality of devoted, needs of people will move from the lower to the higher faster because they have the opportunity to meet many more in higher demand; especially the demands empathy, order of honor, preeminently and all.
